I don't really view this as illegal. I mean it sounds like they were just agreeing on prices for the land?

Sounds like the government might have lost $$. Any1 upset they lost $$?

I only dislike the whole market maniupulation, spoofing, insider trading or basically anything where people will go outside the normal means of trading to make $$ AT THE EXPENSE OF SOM1 OTHER TRADER.

  4. Chesapeake's stock price has now gone below $3 per share. It has been falling for the past five years now especially since it was made known that Aubrey McClendon had a personal stake in Chesapeake wells.

Highly illegal under the Sherman Antitrust Act to collude on bidding, or perform any territory assignment. It would be equally illegal if Pepsi entered into an agreement with Coke that they wouldn't sell in GA in exchange for Coke not selling in NY, for example. Also breaks the anti-collusion attestation you sign when you enter into any federal government bid. And yes, we should all be pretty upset when a private company steals from the government, that's all of our money. All but the craziest of the anti-gubmn't nuts can see that.
As an interesting aside, much (but not all) of Greece's structural problems come from a prevailing attitude that it's fine to steal money from the government by not paying your taxes. That obviously hasn't led to an ideal situation there.

Wow. “He pretty much drove straight into the wall,” Balderrama said. “The information out there at the scene is that he went left of center, went through a grassy area right before colliding into the embankment. There was plenty of opportunity for him to correct and get back on the roadway and that didn’t occur.” - http://kfor.com/2016/03/02/police-former-ceo-of-chesapeake-aubrey-mcclendon-killed-in-car-accident/

  9. Or he's in Panama on a private 1000 acre ranch hanging out with Ken Lay. He was a billionaire involved in deep-state, high-level collusion. Either they offed him or he faked his death. Not buying the suicide. Especially with the burnt out body and lack of details in the media about forensics and the like.

    Happy Trading!

    He knew too much...

It very much looks like that his car was hacked / hijacked / remote controlled by the 3-letter agencies and their off-shore companions from the Middle East...

Same methods as in Enron case...

CHK was prey for the political mafia, CHK had to pay everything...

What an irony: in 2014 I knew exactly that CHK would fall big like Enron, and had even bought Puts then, but unfortunately my timing was not correct... ;-(

    Apple CEO should be cautious...
