Australia based. Very frustrating as no data on both TWS and web portal. Now cant even login with IKBR mobile. Was waiting for phone support for over an hour and when connected I was told this is a known issue and no eta to fix. Now the trading day has almost ended and I still cant trade! Whats the point of parking all my funds on a trading platform if I cant trade? There are no issues with saxo ...etc that offers same range of products.
I couldn't enter any ticker. It just goes blank. Option chains don't work. All blank. Same for tws and portal. On the portal i can enter a ticker but instead of displaying the instruments, it just goes into this loading thing and comes up blank after 30 seconds.

I couldn't load any tickers the entire day on both the mobile app and TWS. Waited on their live chat for 15+ minutes but it never got connected to an agent. https://downdetector.com/status/interactive-brokers/ It's sad that we have to resort to Twitter/ET threads for status updates as their official status page says nothing about the outage: https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=2225 Even Robinhood is more transparent with their outages, without having to pay for the privilege.
