Dinesh D'souza wiped the floor with Michael Shermer, editor of Skeptic maganzine, then author Christopher Hithchens, then the 'scholar' Daneil Dennett. Demolished them. Rooms stacked with atheists were forced into silence by the thrashing. So D'souza challenged Sam Harris and Richard Dawkins to a debate. It's been five years. Neither will debate. As D'souza said, the atheists "are going to face the empirical fact that when it comes to defending their views, atheists are basically losers. Remarkably, the "party of reason" is simply incompetent to vindicate those claims against an advocate of the "party of faith." Now what could be more embarrassing than that?"
D'Souza got absolutely creamed in those debates. I don't care who is a beleiver or not. If God exists, then I am thrilled to be part of this world God created. If God does not exist, I am thrilled to be part of this world.
