This is going to confuse some of the dolts in the US who think more weapons and more powerful ones will make them safer from each other. Let's send them all down to the US where they get used. Florida seems to love their weapons maybe we can trade them for some Disney gear.
Last year...the government of Canada promise a 3 part strategy of removing a log of a certain types of weapons off the streets that put civilians and law enforcement at a great disadvantage in reaction to its last mass shooting. The first part was via laws banning assault style weapons. https://foreignpolicy.com/2020/05/2...eau-nra-nova-scotia-assault-weapons-ban-ar15/ I didn't know what the other two parts were until yesterday when I heard about the other via the assault weapon buy back program. Apparently there's controversy already via some problems with the program...one involves the amount of money available for the program. Yet, I don't know if the buy back program is the 2nd phase or if its the 3rd phase as in something else had already happen between the laws that banned assault weapons and the buy back program for assault weapons. Maybe an improvement in the problematic gun ownership rules involving background checks, whom can sell and maybe more equipment for the RCMP to equalize the battle against assault weapons ??? wrbtrader
