    Lol. Apparently no one ever mentions article two of the constitution, it must be in the fine print or something.

  3. It's called Separation of Powers. The Constitution lays out very detailed perimeters for each Branch. It's fair to say that over the years both the Executive and Judicial branches have way overstepped the boundaries understood by the Framers. Luckily, the wise Framers also set in place a self-corrective mechanism to address abuses of Separation of Powers. Any two Branches, acting together, can prevail over the third Branch. The Executive can prevail over the Judiciary if the Legislative Branch merely abstains. It is in each Branch's interest to test the limits but not go so far as to risk open warfare.

    Trump is issuing a direct warning to the Judicial Branch that some of its members have way overstepped. His remedy is the Jackson maneuver, ie tell the court to F off.

    “John Marshall has made his decision;

    now let him enforce it.”

    Those are the famous words uttered by President Andrew Jackson in relation to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall’s 1832 decision in Worcester v. Georgia to strike down a Georgia law that imposed regulations on the comings and goings of white people in Native American land. https://sustainatlanta.com/2015/04/...-the-name-of-georgias-right-to-cherokee-land/

    Trump ain’t doing nothing other than talking a bunch of trash on twitter and running the economy into the ground.

    He doesn’t know what the hell he is talking about. There is no EO to put a citizenship question on the census. He lost big league and is running his mouth like a moron.

  6. It does seem to be another in an embarrassing series of screw-ups by team Trump. There is an adage in DC: "Personnel is policy." Appoint the wrong people and kiss your agenda goodbye.

  7. Elect the wrong president...
