Hi there, in the past few years we have built tools that allowed us to fetch the entire US Fundamental data, from the SEC filings. - We have all SEC filings index data - about 20M records. - And we also have all the actual data points coming from the SEC filings / earnings reports - about 300M+ data points such as revenue, profit, expenses, mkt cap and all the other thousands of data points coming from Earnings reports, shelfs registrations, offerings, ownerships filings etc' We update our records every second and get all of our data from the sources and SEC filings. If you looking for a complete dataset to plug into - with all filings index data, and all the actual filings content and XBRL data - without too much of work - reach out to us! We can provide you with the entire database / data updates or specific data points & solutions you need.
hey reach out to us at team@spikeet.com with more details of what ur looking for and well give you specific pricing
Why can't you provide transparent pricing here? Anything suspicious about your pricing model? The pricing you provide on your website is equally not transparent. What does 199/month provide? What data? Realtime/Historical data? Fundamental data? Which fundamental data? What you mean no downloads? So you charge 199/month so I can look on the screen at some fundamental data? And with "fundamental data" you mean "market cap, outstanding shares, cash, liabilities, equity, employees, book value? We can see those basic datapoints on every free financial website. It is totally unclear what you are selling here.
Welcome, that nobody is responding to your thread should tell you that your product offering is highly confusing. What is it that you are actually selling?
Hi there. Thank you for the tip. However, I find the information on the website a bit too generic. Just a couple of questions if you do not mind. 1> Do you collect and/or provide any data from the 10-Q/8-K SEC forms? Specifically, do you maintain any client-suplier relationship data for US listed companies based on those filings? 2> In general, do you provide an API to access and/or download the data? Thanks for your time.
