are bonus issue and right issue dilutive share?

    i know dilution EPS is caused by the convertible bond, warrants, options and convertible preferred share to common share..but is bonus issue and right issue can cause dilutive EPS?

    bonus can if it isn't issued proportinately, but rights won't.
