Anyone using MultiCharts and know how to use it for certain plotting?

I've tried several times to try and plot the hi/low channel (moving average of the high for last 10 periods and moving average of the low for last 8 periods), but with no success.

Any help appreciated and will be reciprocated by other means.

 

Have you tried this one - not sure if this what you are looking for - plots upper lower bands around a moving avg.
