I guess Duka stopped accepting USA residents years ago …..the reason there are no recent threads about them ..

Latvia has new russian traders arriving and Trump is backing them. And now we have crypto added to the forex. Most all of the banks were Russian up til the bankruptcy of Latvia in 2010. Andre and the story of how the Latvian Lats managed to stay pegged to the Pound Sterling..a very very interesting story. We often traveled from Riga to Cyprus with many Ls 500 note in the great times 1995-2000

1995-2000 revealed all the wealth that was locked up in Russia. It moved back and forth thru Lativa->Swiss->London. The Latvian currency became one of the most valuable in the world. Using this venue, Soros was able to undermine the Ruble leading up to 1998..which allowed the USA to move quickly into eastern europe with Nato. Elon tried to buy a Russian intercontinental missile without warhead to use as a basis for SpaceX during the Ruble crisis.

After 2004..this money venue started to close. And then the financial collapse of Latvia in 2009. It all happened so quickly. By 2010, most of this activity moved to Ukraine. By 2015..ukraine became one of the largest money laundering centers in the world. One of the most corrupt financial centers in history.

And now in Latvia, things are happening again..very quickly. Most of the Young generations of Latvia have moved to western europe. Its mostly Russian-Latvians now. There are some amazing Russian programmers there and in Estonia and St Petersburg. This area will become a Crypto Center.And there will be Startups coming from this area quickly, in crypto, forex, DeFi, FinTech..etc

Most all the Links you need pertain to Andre, Andre's History and Locations of Business and to Dukascopy and the Dukascopy history. Andre talking about the AI that he is developing currently in regard to his platform and FinTech. Andre is a Physicist, mathematician and programmer.

All the other links I could find have been scrubbed since the new wars (around 2014). The information is all still on Russian websites but nothing remains on any western links. Even Andre Duka wiki page has been taken.

Infact..much of the real history and detailed events that have importance in Europe, Russia, China..have been scrubbed and washed away from western links and western website. If you werent there..you will never know. And with the western AI implementations..it will only become more so.
