The platform went offline for me. Unsure if a trade was filled and can't get ahold of anyone. Really not confidence building. Getting fairly ticked off .

I have left a message on chat and on the phone, and have not gotten a call back or response via chat.
I got a hold of the trade desk a few minutes ago, and as of now they indicate I am flat. They are double checking on the back end and if there is something different they will get back to me. That was a bit too long to get someone to find an answer. I need to at least find out if I have to offset a position on my backup platform as soon as possible.

I get replies, but they are quite a bit later in the day. I always have the back up ready to go, but I worry about getting ahold of someone if I am in a position and it craps. Regardless of having a backup I still want to be able to quickly close via a trade desk. More than a little worried that they don't have the staffing for the business anymore.
