i tried to look up on google but search results are absolute dumpster of sponsored pages.
and only found one local therapist that works with self sabotage but she is not a trading coach specifically

wanted to see if anyone can share a link to someone who specifically has experience with self sabotage and trading?
also in normal price range not 1500 dollars per session.

Maybe just step back and ask yourself if you would do it over & over again.
Maybe 10 trades per day doesn't suits your personality.

  3. I admire your openness. But I would like to offer another possible option besides a trading coach. To possibly consider or not...

If you have an edge... a slight edge is always required... The most important initial part of the next 200+ trades... and you are experiencing self sabotage in your trades... then maybe you could / should consider getting / hiring / employing someone to execute your trades for you. They, like a robot, will set up and take your stop losses and stop profits...

This, I think, would be less expensive and allow and encourage scalability in the long run and possibly be a better solution ?

    Best... Edgey...

Self sabotage has nothing to do with trading. Have to describe what in your life triggers outbursts. Be aware of "triggers", and when they start to race in your mind, walk away for 30 minutes.

Often times people put in place too large of goals.
    Have to break it down.

I use to think taking 200-300 trades a day was the way to make huge sums of profits. That gave me bad health. Think of manageable goal on ONE LOT, when your consistent, add size.

I can not help you with a link to a person that understand trading and psychology.
But I do know some tricks to overcome self sabotage:

    1) You are aware that you do the same mistake over and over.
    2) You feel stuck because you repeat this mistake but you do not know why.
    3) Step 1 is taking inventory of your life and your feelings, any therapist can help you with this.
    4) Step 2 is recognising hurt and emotions and the beliefs they have created.
    5) Step 3 is writing all the beliefs down you have about yourself, your life, your interpretation of life in general, and so on.
    6) Step 4 is recognising beliefs that are in conflict with the results you want. For example: You want to trade and sit in front of the computer the whole day. But you have also a need of socialising with people and like to work with people instead of being alone with a computer. This create a conflict between two beliefs.
    7) Step 5 when you have recognised beliefs that are in conflict, you can alter them, by thinking about them and make comprimising between two beliefs, or change one belief completly.
    8) Step 6 is the hard work around self sabotage. When you want to change a belief, but it doesn't change or come back. This is because of emotions around that belief.
    9) Step 7 is do the work to release the emotions. Here comes the therapist in play. To help you see it in another light. There are also books that can help like the Sedona Method.
    10) Step 8 is creating a personal plan around your trading that fits the belief you have.

This is very simple clearification of the process. I hopes it helps you on your road to succes.

  7. Have you tried to step away from it and look for someone to automate your plan?

If it doesn't work automated is because it doesn't have an edge.

you need an executive coach. they are expensive because they work with executives.

  9. I disagree with this. I program a lot, and have written an indicator that sums most of my entry/exit signals. The catch is, that automating the subjective/context human part is impossible (for me at least)

  10. Your question is the same as a gambler at a casino...seeking a therapy coach who has the magical solution to stop losing and make loads of money..

If someone knew the answer to that, they wouldn't be coaching or in therapy

Stop riding your bike into a brick wall and getting depressed and angry....and think...and ride around it on some other path way, hey
