Any traders renting office space - NYC-NJ??

I want to get into more swing trading, longer-term plays, futures, and options. So instead of joining another daytrading prop firm, I want to know if desk space is available for rent to traders. I'd be interested in NYC, Jersey City, and Hoboken. Thanks.
