    Hello everyone!

I am looking for a stock brokers similar to suretrader.com that allows US clients to register and trade through them and they do not enforce the PDT rule. Does anyone know any brokers besides suretrader.com?

    Thanks!

  2. That's it, use a brokerage which violates rules and regulations. Your funds are safe.

If you have less than $25K and want to day-trade, learn to day-trade futures.

Colmex Pro through Tradenet UK is another overseas alternative based in Cyprus. You can not apply directly through Colmex Pro as a U.S. citizen. It is a brokerage firm geared towards everyone outside the U.S.

U.S. citizens would apply only through the Tradenet UK program.

The CEO of Tradenet UK is part owner of Colmex Pro.

I agree with the previous posters, the PDT rule has been put in place to protect you. You should save up money and learn until you have enough money to play. Putting funds overseas is very risky and you can lose everything. You can also be subject to IRS issues and may have to report accounts overseas.

Some under-capitalized traders move to futures too but they blow up their accounts quicker.

I think another alternative is to join a prop trading group in the U.S. rather than seek overseas firms to evade regulation.
