  1. Israel is more important right?

I guess the Jews that run the government just want Americans dead.

Global warming makes hurricanes into mountain climbers.
20 inches of rain flooding the high ground, caused a runoff flash flood.
Blame China and India for burning coal, greenhouse effect heating the Pacific Ocean.
Israel didn't wait for Biden, nobody should count on Biden for help.

No help from Trump because he does not believe in Climate Change and he does not believe in what is needed to minimize Climate Change.

Blame goes around the world (e.g. Pennsylvania) because it's more than about Coal. Also, it is about Natural Gas and Oil...the harm being done to the environment to retrieve our planet's valuable resources for energy no matter the cost.

Reminder again to you...Climate Change has been a growing problem for many decades. Some people like Trump do not believe in it while others like Biden do believe in the damage being caused when we remove our planet's valuable resources for energy.

Look at the political issue of fracking in the United States that's a big issue in Pennsylvania and other states...

According to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA), there were around 23,000 fracking wells in the United States in 2000. That number rose to 300,000 wells by 2015, representing half of US crude oil production.

Today, the United States has over a million wells!!!

Houston we have a problem because too many politicians and Americans are bleeding the U.S. dry just like China, India, Canada, Argentina, Libya, Australia et cetera are bleeding their countries dry as an acceptable environmental cost thanks to the politics in these countries.

@notagain, you're famous here for your consistent hypocrisy and naivety. The world would be fucked if we had more people like you and Trump.

Yet, I do know this has been a growing problem for many decades...long before today's world leaders were born.

More Floods, Droughts Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Forest Fires, Earthquakes, and so on while we blame others when we're a global leader in the continuation of the Climate Change bullshit...no matter the cost to the environment.

Drought worsened in the Upper Midwest and Northeast. Ohio and West Virginia worsened too. Abnormal Dryness (D0) and/or drought is present in all 50 states.
As of September 24, 2024, 28.5% of the U.S. and Puerto Rico and 34.1% of the lower 48 states are in drought, according to the U.S. Drought Monitor.

By 2071, the United States will not be able to meet the water needs of 50% of Americans. It is scary because 50% of Americans will not be able to afford water in America by 2071.

Water will become the new gold in America after the 2050's...tell your children to buy stocks in water resources as an investment.

Guess DeSantis' white boots aren't so funny when you consider how his response to Florida disasters are in comparison to Cooper.

Governor Cooper in North Carolina is doing an excellent job in responding to this disaster according to the mayors (mainly Republicans BTW) of the impacted cities and towns in our mountains.

A significant amount of federal, state, local and volunteer resources are working together to respond to the situation and bring aid to the residents. Everything from food, water, internet communications, clothing, shelter, electricity to charge devices to search & rescue are being provided.

Yesterday and this morning I helped load trucks with donated food and water that is being driven to the mountains to be distributed (Red Cross). Coordinating with government efforts; the local volunteer & charity organizations including the Red Cross, Samaritans Purse, and others are having a significant impact.

The North Carolina Mountains have not seen flooding like this since 1916 when a similar hurricane caused wide-spread disaster across the region. Similar to this 1916 storm, the destruction from Helene in our mountains is unimaginable. This is a once in a several generation type of event -- which will take a significant amount of time to recover from.

Still there are at least 600 people missing. Fortunately many of the missing are being found alive and well when search and rescue teams get to their areas. However the death toll is still expected to climb significantly in our state.

Race continues to find Helene survivors as officials fear death toll from storm will rise

Basically every word out of Trump's mouth is a lie.

Trump caught lying repeatedly about response to Hurricane Helene
What kind of would-be leader lies about a deadly natural disaster? When it comes to Donald Trump and Hurricane Helene, it's not a rhetorical question.

Best thing we can do is donate, and then... live our lives! Take that trip to Europe, to Asia, to Africa, to Polynesia, spew that CO2!
