Any fee waivers for IB $7.50 trustee fee for IRA account?

I am thinking of moving my Roth and Traditional IRA accounts to IB. Looks like IB has $7.5 quarterly fee for each IRA account. Does IB waive that trustee fee if the balance exceeds a certain limit like $100k? I am looking to open four IRA accounts(traditional and Roth), 2 for me and 2 for my spouse. That means $30 in fees every quarter in fees at IB!

If they don't waive that fee, can they deduct that amount from my checking account/brokerage account instead of the Roth IRA funds, so they grow tax free?

Last time I checked (more than a year ago), the answers to all your questions were no. Doesn't mean things haven't changed though.
