Liberal media was pretty excited at first when they thought it was two white males that shot up the school, but quickly stopped reporting on it when they found out that the criminals were LGBT that hated Trump and Christians.
The real issue is the shooter took the guns from his parents. There have been several shootings where the shooter was under 18 or not licensed and took the guns from their parents. Never have I seen any movement to hold parents accountable severely to ensure this stops happeneing. You can have your right to your guns, but you also have the responsibiilty that NO ONE has access to those weapons or can use them. Imagine if these two kids did not have access to one parent's gun so easily. This is negligence of the highest form. You build a pool in your backyard without a fence and some kid walks in and drowns. Guess what... you are liable. Why do you think it is almost mandatory in home owners insurance for people with pools to have a secure fencing. The liability has forced higher safety standars. You son takes your car for a joyride and plows through a mom at an intersection. Guess what...you are liable. You own a legal gun and do not properly secure it or allow a minor/dependant/random person to get easy access to it through lax safeguards....Guess what...you SHOULD be liable criminally and in civil proceedings. Only then will gun owners truly become RESPONSIBLE gun owners.

Agreed. A parent that loses their gun to their child needs to be personally liable. I think they can be liable in a civil court, but there needs to be criminal penalties.
