Religious cultist nutters are comfortable in their delusion, like a toddlers security blanket it offers familiarity, family, a sense of belonging to a cohort of brothers in arms of delusional mates. In a world where decisions have to be made, the cultists would rather cling to a straw in a choppy sea and sing praises to a god rattling around between the ears, an impression, a belief, a faith in something which is non existent. When we die what happens then? Same as before you were born, there was nothing. Perhaps you may come back as a snail, perhaps a fly, maybe zero, zilch. In the meantime cultists, enjoy wasting your time on earth running after an illusion, god only knows what life is about but it aint that stupid crap coming from the bible.

Judaeism was preceded by Yawehism which still exists in tiny numbers and had the typical pantheon of gods and spirits. That should put an end to any modern person believing in the story of the Jews and their one-God branch off Yawehism.
