An increasingly demonstrable harmful effect of anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) abuse on the heart is being noted in the literature. Educating the public about this then becomes a necessity. AASs are misused for performance and aesthetic purposes by athletes and bodybuilders. Some people abuse AAS for leisure. The untoward side effects of AAS toxicity on the heart could be increased when used in combination with other abused substances. The flow of these abused substances is from health care professionals to those who abuse these substances in the community (Melnik, 2009). Another way people get these unauthorized products is via the internet. Gagnon et al. (2022) noted on a global view that about 3 out of 100 persons in their lifetime would have abused AAS. This abuse problem is commoner under the productive age of 50 years and more than 95% of AAS abuse problems are in males (Kanayama et al., 2018).

  2. Wait, are you suggesting that anabolic steroids aren't nutritious?

Anyone know the exact reason why Newbies suffer "Test Flu" particularly on first Cycle?

Then there's Tren which due to its side effects is obviously toxic to the Body.

They used to say that Growth Hormone caused all sorts of problems later in Life.

I knew a Bloke whose first Cycle included Test, Mast and a few other thing. He was like Death for Weeks.

Then there's people who go to Thailand for "Steroid Holidays", a!most don't come back.

What's the rate of Users who use who end up requiring TRT for life because their system is shot?

And is it the combination of Test and GH which gives you an Erection all Day?

Throw in some Comid and HCG and you shoot massive loads, apparently.

    What a super ultra-processed food.

    Eat natural food.

    Don't eat unnatural, Frankenstein,
chemically altered, & biologically altered food.

If you have multiple lives, by all means, go eat
    unnatural, Frankenstein,
chemically altered, & biologically altered food as much as you want.

    Then you can experience
an autoimmune problem, or a diabetic problem.
Then you can experience nonstop 24/7 torturous pain from
    skin/lung/stomach/blood cancer.

See the TRAVERSE study just completed on a closely related subject. The first such Randomized, placebo controlled study on thousands of men. I believe the conclusion was that there is no significant difference in cardiovascular health between men on Testosterone therapy and men who are not. Or said another way, Testosterone supplementation had no significant effect of cardiovascular health. However, in this study, as I recall, the effect of hyper-physiological testosterone level was not studied. Body builders may indeed try for hyper-physiological total testosterone, i.e. >1000 ng/dl.

  8. Sad, I wonder if the steroids had anything to do with his death or was it a heart defect?

  9. He had referenced a steroid addiction in the past.

I actually think its the cutting drugs that cause the heart issues.

Within reason, the body loves getting bigger and stronger and loves any help to that end but then cutting to unhealthy levels of body fat for a show or photo shoot seems to be the killer.

Zyzz was another Australian physique influencer who dropped dead in the sauna while cutting. He was 22.
