AMP / TT / SierraChart problem

  1. No data since about 18:00 CST. Sierra is complaining about "unknown symbol". Everything was working fine all day. AMP is saying they have heard a few SC users complaining about it today evening, but got no help from them. No help from SC yet.

    Any AMP / TT / SierraChart user having any problem? Do any AMP / TT / Whatever platform user have problems?

    PS: Getting real frustrated with very regular issues with AMP. Getting real tempted to leave AMP. This is bloody too much

    There has been no change on AMP/TTnet set ups. This issue is limited to Sierra Chart Users. We have provided the logs to SC support and will work diligently to help SC resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    We have tested and there are no issues reported with any AMP/TTnet X_Trader users, so we are confident this is limited to Sierra Chart.

    A benefit of having your account at AMP: We also offer CQG and Rithmic+ data connections for Sierra Chart. So not limited to only 1 datafeed.

    If you would like to convert your Live AMP Connection from TT to either CQG or Rithmic - please email trading@ampclearing.com your AMP account number and which datafeed you would like to use: "CQG" or "Rithmic" and we will convert your connection.

  4. I will consider this (change to CQG). SC finally replied that they "looked into the problem" + "Some issue with TT and they have notified TT". However, everything seems to work now. Thanks!
