Why don't you just call them on the phone? Telephone call. You know what that is, yes? 800-560-1640 So easy, a caveman can do it.
I never had any issues reaching them via email or phone if it was urgent. Those chat bots are just a fancy way of directing people to the FAQ, it's like that everywhere and you just shouldn't use it.
maybe i should just go by their chicago office i've been with them for like 5 years. they're fine as a broker. never had issues with getting some help online until they implemented this god awful chat feature. it just goes in circles. it would ask you basic information..then goes away..and you're like "hello?". then it would restart again. that's annoying as hell, it keeps going into this question loop. yea i can call them, but i'm not gonna wait to be on call for some quick questions! AMP if you're reading this, go back to the old format or fix it!
