Hello dear friends, i tried to open an account with ampfutures. My application declined twice, i asked them why but i only get automated answer from computer like "Your request (6xxxxx) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email.", i email them but no answer. And days just pass. So since amp is a sponsor in this section i hope their stuff take a look and answer me. Or if anyone else here has ever encounter something like that. P.S. Maybe its my fault, maybe i dont know how the support of usa futures brokers work, cause i am coming from a spot market background where broker support is very fast. Thank you! Sorry for my bad english.
Total net worth is probably a big one. They want to make sure if they let you trade futures you can cover your losses. Experience is another one. Call their trade desk or customer support. They can help you.
Hi thank for the responce, i have contact them , thats the problem i dont know the "why", i get no answer. If they had a problem with my experience or net worth shouldnt they ask me to provide additional info?
No ofcourse not, i had a review first of my application. The problem is that i never got an answer why i am geting declined. Is a very simple thing i ask. Could you assist me since i see you are an amp stuff? Thank you.
