    in that excerpt --- what should be the gravamen of his complaint is left out. Its as if the the entire article is a red herring.

    you can't discuss why the founders are relevant to our country without discussing the U.S. Supreme court and its adherence to the U.S. constitution and the precedents set by our founders and earlier court cases.

    We have sort of an apostolic succession and that is why progressives were not completely able to destroy our country they way they had destroyed Europe.


    2. and as to multiculturalism... that has what failed since the 60s. it worked when we were a melting pot. immigrants melted into the national identity... and change it a little.
    that worked. this multicultural salon crap balkanized the country and others throughout Europe.

    we were a melting pot and it was taught in our textbook in the schools.

    if you wish to deny there is a difference between the idea of melting pot and multiculturalism... I would not be surprised... you are a progressive pre commie.

    yea, sure whatever a troll can say....

    I don't remember sitting there in 7th grade history class reading about the melting pot in our history book as our interesting but slightly tipsy history teacher gave examples... as we could smell her breathe from a yard away.
