get rid of the electoral college, practice a balanced budget, and have senators who listen to their constituents.

 

1/3 of Senate and ALL of House is elected in November.

Let's hope there is a HUGE turnover... that incumbents lose a shocking number of seats. Maybe THAT will send a message...
