Let's see now if SEC will take action or turn a blind eye until these crooks declare bankruptcy very soon. Like I told you months ago AMD is one of the most indebted companies in S&P 500, and this company can't pay back its debts, especially now that the recession is starting to take hold. Unlike Intel, which admitted to its poor financial condition (you may see it in my tables) and takes action to improve it - AMD become an investor trap, and began to resemble more and more Pump&Dump securities fraud. https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...nks-and-companies-its-not-pink-at-all.370323/ P.s. Greetings to my corrupt SEC friends. What are you going to do now after my AMD's tip? When AMD declares bankruptcy, I will spread it everywhere.
Corruption, falsification .... create trading opportunities. It doesn't matter whether AMD is the most indebted. It is not our problem. It is Amd CEO problem You are filled with too many negative emotions. Stop complaining. Instead, look out for trading opportunities. I am sure SEC will contact you about the corruption allegations.
You have no idea what is going on right now. A fool is always taught with a stick, not a carrot. https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...e-stock-market-the-crash-is-days-away.372465/
This is just a report showing that someone (maybe you?) filed a complaint. Doesn't prove they provided falsified statements. People make complaints about many companies. Might be true but this is jumping the gun to make the claim without providing any evidence.
Listen, unless you are an insider of a company and had solid information to name names, publicly accused a company to provide false data doesn’t get you a thing.
He probably bought AMD at a record-high price. That's why he was so angry. Some investors buy the stock when it is at 52 weeks high and those things.
Drinking so early on a Friday? You posted nothing for SEC to investigate. Just screaming "It's bankrupt!!!" isn't evidence. You're effectively just spamming them. You evidence is "trust me, bro". That's cool.
Financial reports of companies in the US stockmarket are audited by top accounting firms. Fraud or fake financial reports happen in the smaller companies like penny stocks. However, those happen very rarely. The Securities Exchange Commission will investigate serious allegations of fraud. Of course, you have to prove your case since, you are the one making the allegations. It maybe, you are short AMD and want the share price to drop. Much like the Emulex (EMLX) scam one amateur trader tried to pull because he had over $200,000 (if I recall the amount correctly) in losses. So, the guy put out a fake press release saying Emulex was losing lots of monies. Some traders panicked and sold their shares as it dropped. Scammer recovered some losses since, he was short Emulex. I and my uncle held our shares and waited since, the company opened for business later. After the company opened up and debunked the fake news, Emulex shot like a rocket back up to the previous high price. Those who panicked, lost their monies. Now, if you are lying to the Securities and Exchange Commission, be very afraid. The US has extradited criminals in other countries before. Bulgaria could very well have an extradition treaty with the US.
