Have to start with the backdrop... I ordered a couple DVDs (yeah, don't hate on me...Old school). I want to hand out a couple videos to my friends. I asked my wife to buy them directly from Amazon...None of this third party junk. See it's Amazon!! They started out with books and VHS/DVDs. They know the industry. I wanted it new...No skipping (used) type stuff. We asked for slow shipping...We are not Prime members. That's fine...Just my wife and me. We will use our daughter's account, if we want it quickly. It has been like 7 days...It was suppose to arrive yesterday. This evening...Nothing!! They said they would easily give us a refund. That sounds good. The problem is (I believe), THEY NEVER HAD IT IN STOCK TO BEGIN WITH!!! I think they are lying through their teeth. They could have US mailed it faster than Amazon shipping!! It seems there is no major delays from weather at this time...Nothing super strange. I just believed they lied to me...That is what pisses me off. If they said out of stock...Fine, I get it. Maybe they were going to a third party to fulfill the order...I get it. But, you better have a solid third party to fulfill your requests or your reputation is on the line. Just saying there is something fishy about this... PS YOU KIDS GET OFF MY LAWN!!!
Amazon drivers can screw up also. They like to mix up our packages with the neighbor across the street once in a while. When they do, we get our package for free.
Today is Sunday...The package has been at a fulfillment center about 40 miles away from me since last Monday!!!
