I was in the market for a rare purchase. I buy things rarely, preferring to let you suckers spend your hard earned money on junk. So this item is available all over the place at full list, no sales. Rarely goes on sale. Not real expensive but not $10 either. So I wait a few days , and google it, a few times, and up pops a 30% discount on the item, quite rare. I go to the site of this major dept store, and the page has no picture (just an ugly placeholder), and a screwy description, but I am sure its the right item . I say this is bs, its a mistake. Next day its still there, and few others like it from the same manufacturer. I said, nothing to lose, ordered the item and waited. In the meantime , I look again, and the thing is now UNAVAILABLE for purchase. Didn't sell out because I might be the only one who even knew about the 'sale'. Was not posted anywhere I know about. But a few hours later the order shows as shipped. So, the moral of the story is , well, I'll leave it to you to figure out.
