alerts, pretty please with sugar on top

can I get an alert for whenever any ticker on my page moves 10% in 10 minutes?

 

There are alerts based on price not time in IB TWS. Who is your broker?

 

I use TWS only

 

what is wrong with the alerts in TWS? Have you tried the scanner in TWS?

 

The scanner only has %change since open. It doesn't do %change over shorter time frames
