Fixed ALERT - Posts can be edited/deleted at anytime.

ALERT - Posts can be edited/deleted at anytime. The 30 minute time limit is not functioning.

All my posts can be deleted or edited, there is no time limit. Below is a screen shot of one of my posts from Jan 8,2014, I edited it and added today's date. As you can see both the Edit and Delete functions are visible and they do function.
