Didn't watch the Video, but alot of Takeaway food feels pre-digested when you eat it. It's like it takes less effort to eat. Then there's the preparation of Healthy meals can be tedious.

huh? Takeaway food feels pre-digested?!?!?! Takeaway food are very difficult or almost impossible to digest because it contains tons of addictive/denatured food/unnatural food/chemicals/colorings. The enzyme, the stomach acid, the bile has great difficulty breaking down the food. In fact, the liver has to work extremely hard to breakdown the food. Ended up the liver breaks down. The easy-to-digest food are mostly fermented food like yogurt, natto bean, kimchi ...
Go and buy some McDonalds, Burger King etc. A Big Mac these days feels like it's been digested 10 times previously- chew a bit off and swallow it almost.
The correct word is FOOD ADDICTION. ie you will eat and eat and eat and eat and eat .... because it is so tasty, so yummy, so delicious and you will die for it.
The spreading of ultra processed food correlates nicely with humans living longer. Coincidence? Also you may live a bit less because of it but the TIME you saved by not actually preparing your own food counteracts that loss, so it could be a wash. Eat away!!!
