I wanted to share an exciting milestone in my trading journey: I’ve achieved an 8-day winning streak in options trading through options buying! It’s been a challenging yet rewarding experience, and I believe reflecting on this journey can help others as much as it helps me improve further.

Key Highlights of My Streak

Consistency: Profitable every trading day from December 16th to December 26th (with breaks on holidays).

Challenges Overcome: On my 8th day, I faced a 60% drawdown of my margin due to initial losses. With additional funds and disciplined recovery trades, I managed to close the day in profit.

Growth: Averaged a 10% profit on my margin daily during this streak, proving the potential of disciplined options trading.


My Approach

Strategies: Focused primarily on directional trades with strict entry and exit rules.

Risk Management: Controlled exposure by capping loss limits and adjusting positions dynamically.

Mindset: Maintained composure, especially on challenging days, by sticking to my trading plan.
