  1. Sports exercises affect the brain, activating its various centers and helping to better cope with the tasks. How can various sports effectively develop mental abilities?

    For example, tennis.

    In addition to endurance, tennis players have excellent skills in predicting the actions of an opponent, as well as being able to understand and appreciate the ball's movement trajectory in a split second.
