Does anyone know where to see the shanghai stock market oil futures charts in real time?

I think shanghai oil contracts settle in yuan, not dollar, so if you have foreign currency account, you can trade over there.

Futures are not on stock market exchanges in China or anywhere else.

Bloomberg & Refintiv are two real time data sources, but not free at all which I imagine is what you are looking.

Oil Futures Shanghai. in real time for Free

But the APP language in Chinese , can you read ? And the Oil Price is settled in CNY
