For $MVIS I see that there was a huge lot size of 2,172,543 shares, but the conditions were "Cross Trade"(X) and "Market Center Closing Trade" (6) Does it mean that these 2,172,543 shares Buy Order could be happening during the regular hours, from the same brokerage, but just submitted the info to SEC at the end of regular hours? so these buy orders already filled? or it's not? Is this a sign that it might be a kind of manipulation? Thank you

And this is what WeBull shows, but I guess it's the same 2,131,029 Paired Shares + 41,514 Imbalance Shares = 2,172,543 Shares. So it means that 2,172,543 shares that Crossed Trade only 2,131,029 shares were filled? but 41,514 shares still not filled?

This is result of closing auction on Nasdaq. Same happens on the open.

Does it mean that Interactive Broker's marked it as a cross trade is wrong?

Well it is a cross trade which was part of the closing auction. IB just passes along whatever they get from the exchange (I dont know for a fact, but 99% sure)
