    Personally, I don't think diversity and inclusion is a waste of time. I think diversity and inclusion for the sake of diversity and inclusion only is a waste of time and is counter-productive and stupid, the same as the other extreme, uniformity and exclusion.

    Like Warren Buffett has said, corporation should hire whoever is the best for the job just like you want the best doctor to perform your surgery.

  9. Asians don't count as "diverse". If you're Asian and have a 24 MCAT and 3.2 GPA you have a 6% chance of being accepted to medical school vs. 56% if you're black.
