Hey, I've got an idea, let's focus on the tie the one guy was wearing. That's more interesting content!

 

I read a paper about debt cancellation across the EU a while back at the Cobden centre. The idea was that if country A owed country B £1 and country B owed country A £1 they could cancel some of the debt out. I don't think it would work but they seemed to think it would.
