Why did you come with this hypothesis? I need to find articles about this muslim woman, who went to a police station to put a complaint against domestic violence. Then, instead of the police filing a formal complaint, she was vilified, no complaints filed, her husband informed and she had to flee for her life. Then, you had the UK case of Rotterdham, where when, victims and parents of the muslim pedophile gang, went to the police station to seek protection, they kind of discovered that their area police station was kind of in bed with the sex-gang. When I look to these situations, it seems to me that the main failings are that those supposed to catch the law breakers are not doing their job. In the first situation, it seemed that the police did not want to bother because "it was just a muslim woman", and in the other case, "it was just poor teenagers and poor families". Have you noticed that these attacks do not really target parlements, officials, the ubber wealthy. So one has to wonder why one set is kind of safe, the other totally exposed.
