8-K at polygon.io?

For now polygon.io provides 10-Q data for earnings. Can somebody of them tell, if they plan to provide 8-K data, too?

8-K forms are important because many companies issue an 8-K several days before the 10-Q. And the market nearly always only responds to the 8-K.

 

is polygon.io listed in nasdaq?

 

My question is not about their own results.

they provide 10-K filings of other companies. And I like to know, if they plan to also provide 8-K filings of other companies in the future.

 

We do not plan to support 8ks at this time, but we will continue supporting 10k and 10q reports.

 

Do you have any statistical sample supporting the suggestion that 8-K forms move market then 10-K?

 

If an 8-K is issued at least for each quarter, I don't need any statistical evaluation to know that it moves the stock more than a yearly 10-K. And if an 8-K is issued, there is not much new information left, if any, for the 10-Q to move the stock.
