For now polygon.io provides 10-Q data for earnings. Can somebody of them tell, if they plan to provide 8-K data, too? 8-K forms are important because many companies issue an 8-K several days before the 10-Q. And the market nearly always only responds to the 8-K.
My question is not about their own results. Here https://polygon.io/docs/stocks/get_vx_reference_financials they provide 10-K filings of other companies. And I like to know, if they plan to also provide 8-K filings of other companies in the future.
If an 8-K is issued at least for each quarter, I don't need any statistical evaluation to know that it moves the stock more than a yearly 10-K. And if an 8-K is issued, there is not much new information left, if any, for the 10-Q to move the stock.
