Huh? I'm just reviewing the TV channels... either something is "projected" or they are waay behind the data.
Example: Iowa Trump declared the winner in Iowa because his lead is too large with 99% votes counted. House seat NOT declared yet because there's less than 1,000 votes separating the candidates.
Some states have automatic recounts if the result is below X% separating the candidates, which mucks up the ability to declare a winner too.
