This happened back in August, but you may notice the slight difference in the outcome:

"To cheers, the crowd pushed aside metal barriers and surged up the Reichstag steps. There they were faced down by the three officers, who blocked their access to the locked glass doors behind. Protesters spent minutes cheering from their vantage point, waving historically charged Reichsflags last used officially in the Third Reich era.

Seeing the commotion, another group of police officers raced up the steps and pushed back protesters using truncheons and pepper spray."

I guess it helps when the members of police are not nazis...

The Germans are acutely aware of its Nazi past. Why do you think the rioters waved Reichsflags, instead of Nazi flags? They didn't wave Nazi flags, because that shit is illegal in Germany. Further more, they have criminalized Holocaust denial.

Meanwhile, in the United States, the government encourages the waving of Confederate Battle Flags under the fucking auspices of "free speech."

    Shameful...

How many of the protestors in Germany had AR-15s?
