Okay, so IF there is no evidence of fraud then why are there 17 states joining this suit? 17 States Join Texas Election Suit Amid Trump Pledge to Intervene in Case | Newsmax.com
The Texas case is garbage and conservative states are all welcome to join and get slapped in public along with the president and maybe Putin will join, too. Who knows? It will be nice to see. Now at the heart of this case is a “state v. state” complaint. Meaning Texas thinks it has the right to meddle in the way Pennsylvania conducts its elections. Which it does not. But let’s say it did, that would mean California now has the right to meddle in the way Florida conducts its elections and Georgia would have the right to meddle in how New York conducts its elections and on and on. Issues like voter ID, polling locations, hours of operation, etc will be a never ending source of litigation. States would nonstop sue each other. And that is why this case is going nowhere other than the points of the case not having merit.
So should we allow rogue states to do whatever the hell they want to and still belong in the USA? They should never be accountable?
Dude there has been endless litigation this election. The states and their laws have been tested. All elections have now been certified, safe harbor is passed. It’s over. If anyone had a problem with mail in voting in Pennsylvania or wherever they had a year to sue. These suits are not about mail in ballots, they’re about Trump losing.
So what if the shoe was on the other foot and it was Biden who has appeared to have lost because of fraud, ect? Wouldn't you want to see if anything could be proven as to how or why it happened? Should the government just go on blindly?
First of all it DOES NOT appear Trump lost due to fraud. There’s more than 50 lost law suits proving this. There’s been recounts in multiple states proving this. There is no case.
Your data analysis skills are garbage. Your trading skills are garbage. Your foreign policy ideas are garbage. Your knowledge of the Constitution is garbage. Why would your legal knowledge be any better? BTW, do you even comprehend what the case is about?
I hope the Supreme Ct. uses this case... to set minimum standards for security and the voting process for each state. I would be happy if they refuse to overturn... but make sure we never have such insecure voting procedures again. Otherwise we are just a banana.
I don't think they would overturn. I think if they do anything it would be to tell the states that they are allowed to select electors.
