You can tell we are in a land of la la la when stocks with no earnings have $100 billion dollar market caps

That bitcoin hype is still propping this up. Just imagine when bitcoin drops in half where this stock price will be.
The risk in this stock is at gigantic levels yet fools will keep buying it up.
Based on earnings alone this company is worth maybe 3 or 4 dollars.

    Zero earnings

    Zero profits

    eps -3.20. (MINUSSSSSSSSS)

    REVENUE MISSES
    120 MILLION REVENUE

    -160 PE

Yet market capitalization is near $100 billon......

Shares of MicroStrategy (MSTR), now rebranded as Strategy, are little changed in after-hours trading after the analytics software company, better known for its massive Bitcoin Holdings, reported earnings for its fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2024. Earnings per share came in at -$3.20, which missed analysts' consensus estimate of -$0.09 per share. Sales decreased by 3.1% year-over-year, with revenue hitting $120.7 million. This also missed analysts' expectations of $122.45 million. However, investors are likely more interested in the company's Bitcoin.

It is near impossible to pick a top in a tulip type mania. Enjoy the ride. Unlike the tulip mania you can hedge your position.

Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) was a 20-year zombie company in 2020 before bitcoin

$1B market cap, $500M in cash

in less than 5 years, $85B market cap, $48B worth of treasury asset bitcoin, $7.3B convertible debt

A $1B market cap zombie company has no abilities to borrow over $7B at a blended interest rate of less than 1%/yr,

and over subscribed every single debt issuance

Bitcoin is the most valuable monetary asset in the history of the world and Strategy will be the biggest market cap in the US within 10 years when bitcoin is over $1M/btc

  8. I always say the same thing with these retarded "bitcoin is fake / fairy dust takes"...

Serious Question: If I sent you a bitcoin, would you sell it for $97,000 or would you throw it away because its "fairy dust"?

Also this fairy dust is worth MORE THEN EVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD (except like 5). Its worth more than every company in Europe. It's worth more than every company in Asia.

You could add up the market caps of every Spanish company (I just picked a country) and it wouldnt even add up to the market cap of bitcoin.

I get the market can be wrong ... but this wrong? Here is a thought, maybe you are wrong. Bitcoin is worth 2 trillion dollars lol

  9. "Wonder what happens when bitcoin drops below $62,473.01"

This is also hysterical. You know that Saylor/MSTR held a shit ton of bitcoin .... and it went down to 15k right? And he sold none and nothing happened. You think a decline to 60k (gasp) is going to cause some kind of worry? In what world?

I would sell it for $97,000, seems like a good deal to get that much money for fairy dust.

Yeah, with those comments, we are definitely getting close to the top.

Not sure what you mean by "market can be wrong." Market just is, there is no right or wrong.

    Only a matter of time.

Just checked coinmarketcap.com, there are over 10 million different crypto coins out there.

The supply of gold is limited, the number of different crypto coins is not. Though people will argue that Bitcoin, or the one crypto they happen to own, is the special one.
