Polygon is an affordable option. They also have an easy-to-use API.

There several vendors that offer this. I can think of Polygon, Algoseek, Tick Data, etc, but there are more.
Doesn't Tick Data offer corrected data. I mean, it's not exactly as provided by the exchanges at the time.
