I have IB... I think I downloaded QT before.... but I don't think QT has tick by tick... or is it IB that doesn't have...

okay, I understand your point.... but most of us here are trading futures and use the leverage to make huge profit. Why wouldn't fund...
but even if it was just a portion of his money...i mean, futures has such huge leverage compared to regular stocks... why wouldn't fund managers...
