NQ spikes few mins back

I see a couple of 4pt spikes on NQ 1 min chart around 12:54pm and 1:10pm est. Something wrong? Thanks.

It is not filling for the whole day. If I open at 11am , it is filling from 11am onwards, not from 9:30am. I tried for ES, NQ, ER2 and samething...
