spread has around $20 for 12 weeks.
uh oh!!!
COF estimates COF = 102.8 Placed = 99.1 Mrktd = 105.6 This is what is priced into the market at the moment.
Ratio is more like 1:2. 50,000 lbs of FC turn into about 83000 lbs of LC. Spread isn't as good as it was, but it is still a long way from where...
Whoops. What I meant to say was 81.5 and a whole lot of 81.
83.50 tops in Texas. Mostly 83.
Where are you getting the price zone information?
whoops, yesterday was 9.
The sequential only got to 8.
down is the only 'good' action?
LC Q6 and FC Q6 closed on the 20 Day MA. Coincedence? I think not.
now what?
Looks like it(DeMark) accurately nailed the low in LC on 04/04 or 04/05 with both a sequential and a countdown complete.
question. Did DeMark correctly pick the top in late Jan and early Feb in the Live Cattle and Feeder Cattle spot months?
It was mostly $1 lower this week. Most of the trade in South was at $84.50 last week.
There's not really a good website to find that info. Not on a timely basis anyway. The number was 37,168 in the Texas, Oklahoma, & New Mexico area.
07-06-06 12:59 PM and the top is in place. really: costs 57,525 to buy 65 head of cattle 13,562 to feed them and sell them for 72,050....
why did you get long on 5-5?
just checking, the losses are huge when figuring cattle coming into a feedyard now. Surely it can't go on forever.
How about those feeders now?
