Power FTRs? Nymex doesn't offer "FTRs" , they have their basis swaps which you can use to simulate an FTR, but only hubs/zones. Ice has some DA...
It is labeled "OTC" . Most bulk fin power is cleared and trades on the exchange though.
If you look at electricity, Nymex volume is anemic. Ice dominates in power, but doesn't publicly publish volume.
