This topic came up on another thread. Does anyone have any additional information on how to receive these pre-opening quotes. Can any qoute vendor...
Alanm, How did IB get NYSE opening indications? Did they charge for it? Can any vendor get these. Thanks Nordic

What data vendors provide the Open Book, or do you have to be a NYSE member?
Can anyone shed somel ight as to: How open book works? Who can sign up? Is there a real advantage here? Thanks Nordic
Don, What if my platform only supports ARCA?
LoneHand, When using ARCA to " penny up" is your order being routed to NYSE as an ARCA give-up, or is your order simply posting on ARCA on...
rtharp, been asking a lot of questions and talking with different professional JBO groups myself. I'm looking to make the pro jump myself....
Leland, Do you know if ARCA routing supports NYSE Direct+ executions? ISI websight says they do.
rtharp, please explain "the slow ISI broker" and how you obtained this info, and what platform and setup do you currently use?
Thanks, but how is that? Is Archipelago a NYSE member? I thought they just matched orders internally.
Arca is the defualt routing for NYSE stocks on RealTick, I prefer ISI the executions are much faster.
You need to get Barron's or WSJ to run a short story on these SRO restrictions. Articles in these will get the attention needed.
Excellent stress reliever:D
Use Real-Tick, have not experienced any probs or delays. They use ABN AMRO for listed Execution:cool:
