using a smartphone or PDA to trade

  1. I trade at work and I use my laptop with a wireless card. People seem to have a problem with me always monitoring stocks on my laptop so I was thinking about getting a smartphone or PDA with internet to trade. Does anyone use any of these devices to trade and do they work well.

  2. Won't they have the same problem with you always using your phone to trade?

I run IB's TWS on my home PC and connect to it using remote desktop over my verizon vz6700 phone. The same phone is also available from sprint among other carriers, but I think any windows pda can serve as a client for remote desktop.

The web browser can handle full web pages without any problems (other than the screen size being so damn small).
