This will sound like a resume but it just came out this way.

I am a software developer who has spent the last decade writing and supporting market analysis software, ranging from technical indicators to automated trading systems; from algorithmic scanning applications to -- well, more indicators and auto trading systems. I've made indicators and systems in Ninja, Sierra charts, e-Signal, Tradestation, MT4, Gain, the Bloomberg terminal, custom web-based charting packages, ThinkOrSwim, Amibroker and more that I have forgotten.

More about me professionally if you're curious: I've been involved with web development (front and back end) for 20+ years. I've also done more than my fair share of graphic design and image editing, video production and sound/music production (the latter as a hobby). If it involves a computer, I've probably done it -- or I've at least dabbled in it. I've spent many-an-hour on the phone or email with clients doing technical support/fire reduction.

I prefer to work with C#, PHP and Javascript. I have much experience with those three plus HTML/CSS and PERL (it's been years, though). I have a good amount of experience with C++ and SQL. I tend to be a jack of all trades but a true master of few or none.

I've developed a few content-based sites over the years. They forced me to become a decent writer but I do not enjoy writing.

Now, why did I write all of that? I really don't know. I guess I'm putting all of this out there in case it leads to an opportunity through the site. Who knows?
