The market is saying it is right to at least start thinking long vol. I am not so sure. Monster move in TVIX.

VXX at the time of your post was ~36.15, so they're letting you average down 4% cheaper now at ~34.70 ...

 

he went long VXV6 @ 17.45 on the announcement....no matter its @ 15.85 right now; just average in, lol
